Cancellation policy

If you are unable to travel, please let us know in good time, as we are a small family business and need a certain lead time to rent out our apartments.

We will of course try to rent the apartment to someone else. If we succeed in doing so, at least in part, we will of course deduct this from the cancellation costs, so that ideally you will not have to pay any at all.

Otherwise the following conditions apply:

Up to 4 weeks before you start your journey you can free of charge cancel.

Up to 1 week before the start of your trip we calculate 50% of the pure accommodation costs, i.e. without final cleaning and guest contribution.

If it is less than one week before the start of your trip we calculate 100% of the pure accommodation costs, i.e. without final cleaning and guest contribution.

We ask for your understanding and hope that we will not have to make use of it.
